Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Relay all aspects of robotics guidelines and rules to the team, coaches, and other volunteers
• Provides students with guidance using non-technical professional expertise/knowledge in one or all of the following areas: project management, marketing, and or finance
• Provides students with guidance using technical professional expertise/knowledge in one or all of the following areas: robot programming/software, electrical, and or mechanical engineering
• Coordinate meeting/lab schedule and locations
• Adherence to all district and program policies and procedures regarding fundraising, building use, student supervision, field trip attendance, communications, and publicity
• Works closely with other coaches and the sponsor to guide students through the project
• Student supervision during all robotics-related activities
• Attends all field trips (local and overnight)
• Submits and monitors Robotics budget 
• Actively advocates for additional grant funding to support overnight travels
• Advidally organizes and communicates the UCHS Robolions activities
